Shipping, Refunds and Returns
Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Delivery times are typically 3–8 business days within Canada, but may vary depending on the carrier.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Delays: Please note that shipping delays outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather events, holidays) may occur.
Refunds & Returns
Because our products are natural supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.
How to request a refund:
- Email us at info@thesimplepecompany.com with your order number.
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your product.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Broken Glass Policy
Our supplements are packaged in eco-friendly glass bottles. While we pack every order carefully, accidents in transit can happen.
- If your product arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery.
- We will happily send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your unopened product and place a new order.
